Minutes of the October 8, 2009 Meeting
Present: Robert Lutts, Raymond Vaillancourt and Thaddeus Buczko
The meeting was called to order at 5:30PM by Robert Lutts.
The Brookhouse Home submitted invoices for $414.07 ( Large Grants).
Robert Lutts made a motion to approve payment from the Endicott Fund.
The motion was seconded by Raymond Vaillancourt and voted unanimously.
The City of Salem Council on Aging submitted requests for medication reimbursement from the Endicott Fund for $543.92. Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve payment. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously.
Robert Lutts made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 10, 2009 meeting. The motion was seconded by Raymond Vaillancourt and voted unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.
